Registry – LIR Stats Number of LIR accounts: 20,683 (+36) Number of members: 19,903 (+40) IPv4 addresses transferred in January: 908,800 (-2,047,744) LIRs with IPv6: 15,692 (+19) LIRs on IPv4 Waiting List: 773 Days that first LIR in queue has been waiting: 472 % of IPv4 address space covered by ROAs: 76% % of IPv6 address space covered by ROAs: 43% ARCs completed in January: 293 – New IPv6 Advanced Course We have launched a new IPv6 Advanced e-learning course in the RIPE NCC Academy. Information Services – Finalising the MD5 Password Phase-Out We removed passwords from the RIPE Database on 14 January and will remove support for passwords from the software in the Whois 1.121 release on 4 March. 3.
