Dear RIPE NCC members, The General Meeting takes place tomorrow, Wednesday, 22 October 2025 at 16:00 (UTC+3). REGISTER There’s still time to register to attend and vote at the General Meeting. You have until 14:00 (UTC+3) tomorrow, Wednesday, 22 October. It takes a couple of minutes to register in the LIR Portal: https://my.ripe.net/#/meetings/active Everyone who registers will receive a link to the Meetecho platform to join the meeting remotely and a link to the livestream. Onsite attendees can attend the meeting in the Main Room from 16:00 local time (UTC+3). ONSITE ATTENDEES - COLLECT STICKER If you are onsite at RIPE 91, collect your General Meeting sticker from the GM Help Desk, which is next to the Registration Desk. Without a sticker you will NOT be able to enter the Main Room for the General Meeting. The GM Help Desk is open today and tomorrow. VOTING All voting is done electronically through the voting platform Assembly Voting. All registered and eligible voters will receive two emails from Assembly Voting on Wednesday, 22 October at approximately 15:30 (UTC+3). One email will include a link to the platform and the other will include Voting Code 2, which you will need to log in to vote.
