Information Services – RPKI Update The SOC 2 Type II audit is in full swing. The RPKI Team is also busy developing ASPA support in the test environment dashboard and BGPsec support in the text environment API. – DNS Update The DNS Team is busy with continuing the deployment of hosted-dns k-root and AuthDNS nodes, a hardware refresh of our DNSSEC signers, and renumbering IPv6 for AuthDNS. 3. Community and Engagement – RIPE Community Selects New Chair, Vice-Chair Mirjam Kühne has been chosen to serve again as RIPE Chair, following her term from 2020-2025. Anna Wilson will take over as RIPE Vice-Chair from Niall O’Reilly, who also served from 2020-2025. RIPE 91 will be a hybrid event, welcoming both in-person and virtual presentations. The deadline to submit proposals is 31 July 2025. ripe91.ripe.net/present/call-for-presentations/ – 2025-01 End of Discussion Phase (ASN assignment criteria revisited) Eight people expressed support for the proposal on the mailing list and at the microphone at RIPE 90. In addition to supporting the proposal they almost unanimously requested that the text should be simplified.
