Dear RIPE NCC Member, This is a final reminder for three RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) deadlines that take place at 23:59 UTC on Wednesday, 20 April 2011. 1. Online Registration ----------------------- You can register online to attend the General Meeting (GM) at: https://www.ripe.net/gm-may2011/registration You will also be able to register to attend the GM on the day of the meeting. If you will attend the GM, we ask that you register online, if possible, to speed up the check-in process on the day of the meeting. 2. Proxy Forms -------------- If you are unable to attend the GM and you wish to be represented by a third party who is not a registered contact person for your LIR, please fill in the proxy form and send it to the RIPE NCC by 23:59 UTC on 20 April 2011. Forms sent after this deadline will not be accepted. Registration for Electronic Voting -------------------------------------- The registration period for electronic voting closes at 23:59 UTC on 20 April 2011. If you wish to vote electronically, please follow the instructions in the email sent to you by the BigPulse voting system on 4 April 2011. You must also send a copy of your identification (for example, passport or driving license) by 23:59 UTC on 20 April 2011. If you sent your identification for the May 2010 GM, you only need to email <agm@ripe.net> to let us know. If you wish to attend the GM and vote electronically, you must also complete the electronic voting registration process. Otherwise, you will vote by paper ballot on the day of the meeting.
