Those of you who read our earlier draft won't find any surprises in the document. Apart from making it more concise, the only change is that the use of containers is now allowed under the strict interpretation of our 'Avoid vendor lock-in' requirement (this is noted in the table).
The final part is to agree on the criticality of specific services with the community. We will give you an update on this at RIPE 83.

We are pleased to announce that we have recently deployed new
functionality for managing your support tickets in the LIR Portal.
You can access this area of the LIR Portal via:
https://my.ripe.net/#/tickets
Following feedback from the community in 2021, we have expanded the
scope of tickets visible to include tickets that have recently been
closed. We have added additional details including, but not limited to,
the status of a ticket, the ticket history, and an indication of when
there was last activity on a ticket. You can read the following RIPE

The new functionality will be included in our quarterly usability
testing of the LIR Portal and, if there is sufficient interest, we will
