Problem in payment of invoices

Dear madam/sir We are a LIR in Iran. So we have to pay our invoices frequently. But the problem is we are banned from SWIFT and every money transfer company or bank. So there is no legal way to pay our invoices. Even we don't have any credit card or Paypal too. We must resort to third parties to make payments. This does not work well. Why is the Paypal system blocked for us? This is not fair. Is there any way for us? Thank you. -- Best Regards Reza Madadi

RIPE NCC Listing Service: Streamlining Resource Transfers

Dear colleagues, A year ago the RIPE NCC introduced the Listing Service, aimed at streamlining the resource transfer process: https://www.ripe.net/lir-services/resource-management/listing At this time, it only enables RIPE NCC members to list the IPv4 address space they hold and no longer need. Since the depletion of the available IPv4 address pool, there has been an increasing demand from the membership for a service that allows LIRs to request IPv4 address space for transfer. To fulfil this demand, we are currently building an addition to the Listing Service to provide this functionality. RIPE NCC Members will be able to post a request on the Listing Service indicating a prefix size, whether a permanent or temporary transfer is desired, and any other details they wish to disclose. Only RIPE NCC members will be able to view the details in the LIR Portal. On the public website, we will display the total size of all address space that is being requested, without disclosing the identity or other details of the requesters. The IP Analyser: streamlining your IP address management

Dear colleagues, I'm very happy to announce that today we are launching the IP Analyser as a production service. This LIR Portal application is aimed at simplifying and streamlining your IP address management. It allows members to get the following: - An overview of all your allocations and assignments - An overview of available free space in your allocations - An overview of all invalid assignments that require your attention For LIRs, this application serves as a replacement for the well-known asused tool, which has been used to verify a registry's usage data for many years. The IP Analyser offers several key advantages: - Both public and private information about your registry is fetched in real-time and displayed in a user-friendly web application - You no longer have to contact Registration Services if you would like to have an overview of your invalid assignments - The application can suggest free space for your customer assignments with conservation in mind In addition, we offer an API that allows you to fetch all IP Analyser data in JSON format, as well as a plain text report that uses the asused format. The IP Analyser API opens up a world of new scripting options and integration in IP address management solutions while retaining support for existing scripts. Several IP address management solution providers have committed to integrating support for the IP Analyser and My Resources APIs. In this release, we only implement full IPv4 support. This means that the IP Analyser will not offer IPv6 functionality for the time being. Work on integrating IPv6 functionality and other features will continue in 2013. In the meantime, we are eager to hear which features you would like to see in the user interface and API so we can continue to improve this service.
