As stated before I still oppose to this policy.

Registration of PI space by a sponsoring LIR is an administrative task and

doesn't have anything to do with abuse management.

I foresee that publication of the sponsoring LIR will be abused for abuse

messaging and relaying, while there is no network / operational relation

between the end-user and the LIR.
