Good day All,
I am sincerely grateful to Alexandra for her letter, because I probably didn't express myself correctly.
Since the first day of the war in 2014, the WEB PRO company has helped the military with huge sums of money, just like millions of Ukrainians, from all over the world do everything possible and impossible for our victory, and collect money every day. In our country, even children sell fruit on the street - and the money received will be donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. That is why we are UKRAINIANS.
And I didn't mean volunteers, because they have no nationality, territorial affiliation, or religious definition. Because this work is carried out at the call of the heart.
I am sincerely grateful to you, your sister and friends, everyone who helps in this difficult moment, Jan, Santos, Daniel, Rene and hundreds of other people from the "Keep Ukraine Connected" project, and volunteers from other important projects. Once again, thank you bow!
I meant people who once had a passport of Ukraine, now have a passport of a terrorist state, and continue doing business there. In my opinion, they are not part of the Ukrainian LIR community. They made their choice. They have no right to influence our internal affairs while our defenders, children, women and the elderly are dying.
Now regarding Mr. Fedienko, it is very good that he wrote here, because he has already been mentioned many times. It is good that the community understands that he is not just a person in power, but a person who worked in the telecom sphere for many years and headed the Internet Association of Ukraine for more than one term.
For a constructive solution to the issue, a dialogue is needed, because I, like you, am against state interference in business.
Thank you for the important question raised by Mr. Maksym Tuliev and you
"while protecting resources and its holders is very important in
distress areas, I have to remind you that Ukraine is a way not a
democratic country.
If we want to really protect resources and holders, we have to avoid any
interaction with the Ukrainian government in any way. In practice,
"Review of requests by national governments" means you will have to pay
a huge bribe to get a letter of authorization from the government. They all understand well the price of transfers... Sorry, it is sad, but true."
"1) the question of how to protect Ukrainian Internet resources from theft, and to avoid coordination monopolization of the IP transfers by one state body, which is a direct path to corruption."
I HAVE A QUESTION:
1. Please explain to me and the community how, with a complete ban on IP transfers, external and internal, how the state can influence or steal IP addresses. Technically, physically or legally? Maybe I don't understand some mechanisms, but I don't know something.
2. Who buys IP addresses in Ukraine cheaply? What examples do you know when someone bought IP addresses for cheap?
Thanks for the answer.
