Hi Niall, unfortunately you beat me in time. We heard only from Bijal from the NCC Services WG co-chairs but I presume Kurt agrees in going on with the Review Phase. I can confirm you that I already started the process for the production of the Impact Analysis and by the end of the week I'll be able to give you an update. Usually I send out a pre-announcement of the Review Phase announcement ("Documentation will be produce and we'll move to Review Phase") so that the community members will know what is going to happen.
