Hi all, I'm part of the team that is developing the CRA vertical standard for network management systems. One thing we would find really valuable is having an expert in at least one open source NMS participating in the NMS standards meetings. Normally, you would have to be an employee of a company that is a member of ETSI to do this. But we have a way that we can make an open source community member an ETSI delegate. Do you know anyone who has this expertise and would be interested in improving the CRA standard for NMS? Thanks, Valerie

Excuse my ignorance, but what is CRA?

Thank you. I didn’t make the connection, that from that low a standardization progress follows. Being ignorant about standards, I wonder what the difference between a server and switch is supposed to be, and why “network management systems” and servers should be treated differently. Kind regards, Paul
