آیا آموزش به زبان انگلیسی رو موثر میدونید یا از آموزش به زبان فارسی استقبال میکنید؟

در حال حاضر تمام آموزشهای رایپ ان سی سی (هم آنلاین هم دوره های حضوری) به زبان انگلیسی هستند که من و بعضی از دوستان اونها رو موثر نمیدونیم.

I have been following the discussions (as best as I could) and would like to weigh in with a few thoughts… 

(I apologise in advance for the long email) 

 

1) The RIPE NCC offers a range of courses both online and in person. [1]

Of course the face to face training has a much bigger impact however the team of 8 trainers at the RIPE NCC need to balance their presences in more than 70 countries in its service region. These workshops are delivered only by the RIPE NCC staff to guarantee the accuracy of the information delivered.

The training department at the RIPE NCC has delivered a number of workshops that include:

2015: A Law Enforcement Agency Workshop for the fata police. (45 attendees)

2014: IPv6 for LIRs (31 attendees) & DNSSEC (35 attendees)

2011: IPv6 for LIRs (46), LIR Training (43) & Routing Registry Training (44 attendees)

We plan to come back to Iran soon and the plan is also to try to hit some of the larger cities in Iran other than Tehran.

 

2) MENOG: [2]

There are efforts to enhance the presence and impact MENOG has in the Middle East region. 

There were certain challenges that the meeting was facing in the past that the current MENOG team [3] are trying to solve.

One of these issues was its limited impact and presence in the non-Arab Middle Eastern countries (namely Iran and Turkey).

One of the realisations the team has come to this year is focusing on holding two big events in a region of 14 countries means that it will be years before the meeting can make its way back to a country. 

So the MENOG team decided to hold only one annual event and focus more on holding more diverse and frequent Roadshows to meet the training demand from the whole region. You can read more in the MENOG PC chair’s message. [4]

 

3) The Roadshows: [5]  

The IPv6 Roadshow launched in 2011 as a joint initiative of the RIPE NCC and the Middle East Network Operators Group (MENOG). 

Based on the current discussion in the team we are looking into expanding the scope of the Roadshows to cover other topics such as ccTLD operations, BGP Roadshows as well as the regular IPv6 Roadshows (both for ISPs and Enterprise).

The idea is to try to build events around these workshops to discuss other topics such as DNSSEC & DANE, or building and scaling Internet Exchange Points or National IPv6 days. In other words a mini MENOG dedicated to a topic and a country that is interested in that topic.

These Roadshows are usually delivered by International Internet experts in the field. However the MENOG team also felt it was important to have locals co-train these Roadshows as well. Which brings us to the Train-the-trainer program.

 

4) Train the trainer (TTT)

In 2015, the IPv6 Roadshow launched the "Train the Trainer" (TTT) programme. This spin-off programme is aimed at building a diverse pool of highly-skilled Middle Eastern instructors capable of delivering future IPv6 Roadshows, ensuring that the project can continue to evolve and scale to meet the growing demand for this kind of training. We have had three TTT participants co-train six of the IPv6 Roadshows since the launch of the programme.

 

This year the TTT workshop was held the week prior to the ENOG meeting in Moscow to duplicate the experience in that part of the world. There are plans to hold the next TTT workshop in early 2017 and we hope we can have a few Farsi speaking candidates among the people we train (you may recall I mentioned this during our last RIPE NCC regional meeting in Tehran 2014 [6] and again during the member lunch last year).

 

5) Final point is on the translation efforts, we discussed during the member lunch trying to have some material translated into Farsi by the local technical community (I can not tell you how painful using an online translation tool is)… We agreed to set up this temporary mailing list to try to mobilise the local Iranian community to self organise in the way they see best and try to start a local technical forum or meeting as well as start running an online wiki or translation platform.

 

This can help us a lot with our engagement in Iran. I hope this discussion can take us now to where we wanted to go a year ago and still have not managed to accomplish. 

 

As always I am happy to provide any more information on the activities planned by the RIPE NCC in the region. 

I am also happy to provide more details on the MENOG / Roadshow plans (in the RIPE NCC’s capacity as MENOG secretariat.)

بنده  با  آقای آشوری موافقم.  بالاخره این آموزش و فرهنگ سازی و درخواست ها باید از یک جا شروع شود.و با جدیدت از سوی همکاران و این کارگروه و پیگیری و اجرایی شود.

انشا الله دیگر دوستان هم  با جدیت شرکت  خواهند کرد.

شاید اگر تعداد کسانی که عضو اینجا بودن بیشتر بود کار راحت تر میشد اما شاید 30 درصد اعضا بیشتر اینجا نباشن. تعدادی از دوستان هم سکوت رو بهترین راهکار میدونن وشاید هنوز به این نتیجه نرسیدن که میتونن تغییری در جهت منافعشون ایجاد کنند.

 

بنظر من حداقل کاری که الان میشه انجام داد شرکت در نظر سنجی جاری رایپ ان سی سی هست و همزمان باید به راه اندازی فروم و یا یک کارگروه یا هر راهی که میزان مشارکت رو بالا میبره فکر کرد.

 

آموزش های درست (به زبان فارسی) چندان دور از دسترس نیستند. ولی راهش خواسته شدنش توسط اکثریت اعضا است به نظر من. (ما تعداد محدود نمیتونیم از طرف دیگران کاری بکنیم)

 

در نظر داشته باشیم که ما تونستیم نرخ مشارکت ایران رو در همایش های رایپ ان سی سی بالا ببریم شاید هنوز نتیجه دلخواه رو نگرفته باشیم ولی در مسیر درستی هستیم.

دوستان من فکر می کنم باید برای ایران یک کارگروه رسمی ایجاد شود و در آن تعدادی از اعضا که دانش فنی و عملیاتی و ارتباطی خوبی دارند به عنوان اعضای این کارگروه رسمی به رایپ معرفی شوند و تمامی خواسته‌ها از طریق این کارگروه به طور رسمی به رایپ ارسال شود. در این صورت، می‌توان امکانات بهتری را از رایپ دریافت نمود که یکی از آن می‌تواند آموزش باشد.

با سلام 

بنده هم موافق هستم بابت کلاس های آموزشی و یاد گیری امکانات جدیدی که باید اعمال میشود.  بنده چندین بار به RIPE ایمیل ارسال کردم مبنی بر ارسال لینک  ویدئو کلاس های آموزشی ولی لینک های ارسالی هیچ کدوم کار نکرد. و با پیگیری هایی ایمیلی که شده بود بی نتیجه ماند. 

باشد که این آموزش ها چه از سمت رایپ و داخلی پر رنگ تر و بیشتر شود.

در هر دو مورد شرکت ما موافق هست و میتونیم نظراتمون رو مطابق با دیگران برای RIPE NCC ارسال کنیم. اگر کلاس تشکیل شود که بهتر و در صورت عدم تشکیل، هزینه ایرانی‌ها(با توجه به اینکه بعید میدونم دوباره دوستان در RIPE پاشون رو بذارن اینجا) کم بشه :)

با توجه به برنامه ریزی بودجه سال 2016 (https://www.ripe.net/publications/docs/ripe-662) مقداری از حق عضویت پرداختی عضو ها صرف هزینه آموزش می شود که بخشی از آن آموزش حضوری است که البته نیاز به اعلام درخواست و آمادگی از سوی اعضا را دارد.

لذا با توجه به اینکه اینجانب و دیگر اعضای محترم از سال 2014 تا کنون چندین درخواست میزبانی کلاس آموزشی در ایران را داشته ایم و عمدتا با عدم پاسخ از سوی RIPE NCC مواجه شده و یا گاها با پاسخ منفی مواجه شده ایم, لطفا نظرات خود را در رابطه با درخواست گروهی از RIPE NCC برای برگزاری کلاس آموزشی و یا کاهش هزینه سالیانه عضویت, در این mailing list مطرح فرمائید.
