[atlas] Feature request - externalize packet loss in ping measurement UI

      Hi,

looking at the JSON data, there is a field for the amount of received
packets vs the requested, but at the measurement UI it is not reflected.
it'd be great if this can be displayed (e.g. 'x% packet loss' as one of the
columns).
