The html mail has no advantage for the user, as it looks like before. It seems the only purpose is the tracking pixel. Management/Advertisement people like it, I don't like it.
I would expect the RIPE NCC to not use any tracking pixels or such unless technically unavoidable for the service in question and therefore announced as such in any such email. But then again, I don't have any strong feeling in either direction - just attempting to offer ideas. :-) Cheers, -C.
