[atlas] Probe update

Hi gents, Small update on the probe status. I've tried a 2A usb power adapter and no dice. The Power and WPS led come on and a ethernet link seems to be active between the probe and the switch. Unfortunately, there is no DHCP discover or any kind of network activity from the probe. Anything else I can try to troubleshoot this?
