      Flash keys are known to cause problems. Try also to replace yours with a new black one and reboot. After taking some persuasion it may start using it and re-appear.

RIPE-Atlas-Probe-16917 gets the Adresse IP : 192.168.1.13 on the DHCP
of
the ADSL Modem but  RipeAtlas site says probe is disconnected.
I restarted it several times, checked the cable to the witch and
replaced the power supply.
No  way :  The 'globe' LED is permanently blinking.
What else should I check ?
