Well... It is a legacy field needed to speed up consumption of the measurement results by saving on database requests. Result consumption is a place where we put a lot of optimization efforts. Basically 'Tdig' is a class name. Since we are still in transition to the new measurement result storage we need to keep it. As soon as we stop depending on it it will be gone. The system is evolving and it may happen that you get it in the downloaded results because we are transparent and do little filtering on the results data. It may well be that the field is for system purposes, but please do describe those system purposes. We are engineers, not children.
