Hey Randy, You should be able to order a stick from the net. I would also check the USB power cable (the USB A - Mini-B cable), and the power supply. If the unit doesn’t get enough power a similar problem may occur. Regards, Michel

probe 25898 had a usb failure. i did the unplug usb, power cycle, wait, replug usb. it worked for most of a day and then failed again. rinse repeat. oops, this last time, it has yet to return.
can i just order a usb off the net and replace it? or do i just replace the unit?
