Dear Micha, I would like to explain to the list what happened in this case and what RIPE Atlas users can expect if they send an email to atlas@ripe.net. Normally our Customer Services department tries to reply to all tickets within one working day of their receipt. In cases where the ticket needs to be escalated, as was the case for your ticket, we try to reply within one week. In your specific case, after a first reply the ticket was resolved. When you added a response to the first reply the ticket was then automatically reopened, but it did not reach the engineer who was working on it so you did not get any reply.
