[UDM] Consistency in the timeout parameter
If I read correctly <https://atlas.ripe.net/docs/measurement-creation-api/>, traceroute and NTP measurements have a "timeout" parameter but not ping or DNS. Why?
Hi Stephane, I guess the answer is that it isn't requested often enough. For ping, we have a ticket somewhere to add it. For DNS I can't remember anyone talking out it. Do you have a specific use case? Philip

Count me in.

Yes, today, tools.ietf.org has a DNS problem and the majority of the probes do not send back an answer in time (those who do return SERVFAIL). I wanted to increase the timeout.

I also noticed some issue with tools.ietf.org. I'll create a ticket to add the timeout parameter.
