Dear colleagues, Are you interested in hosting the RIPE 95 Meeting in Madrid at the Meliá Castilla Hotel from 15-19 November 2027? We are inviting organisations within the RIPE NCC service region to submit a proposal to be considered as the meeting host. The deadline for submissions is 30 October 2026. A RIPE Meeting is a five-day event that brings together Internet industry experts, network operators, Internet service providers (ISPs), and other members of the global Internet community. When a RIPE Meeting is held outside the Netherlands, the RIPE NCC relies on a local host to support both the planning and delivery of the event. In return, the host benefits from valuable visibility within the RIPE community and the prestige of helping deliver a successful meeting. Interested? The local host supports the event by helping to provide Internet connectivity, sponsoring a social event, identifying venues for the social evenings, finding local sponsors, and offering administrative and on-site assistance. As a host, we rely on your organisation to help deliver a smooth, professional, and high-quality meeting experience for our attendees. If you would like to host a RIPE Meeting, please email us at meeting@ripe.net. <meeting@ripe.net>Your host proposal should be as detailed as possible and we require the following information from you: - The name of your organisation and a short motivation text explaining why you would like to become a RIPE Meeting Host. - Accessibility to the city of Madrid (airport, airlines, railway, etc.). - If known, an outline of how you propose to arrange connectivity to the meeting venue. - A list of venues that can host social events with a capacity between 450 and 500 people. - A list of providers for barista, photography, transport (buses) and local printing.
