These documents are the redline version showing the changes between the first and the second draft, and a document summarising the main changes and the rationale behind these. Redline/deltas/diffs for version 2 of the RIR Governance Document

Hi everybody, As we shared within this list, the Consultation<https://www.nro.net/consultation-on-the-second-draft-of-the-governance-docu…> on the Second Draft of the "Governance Document for the Recognition, Operation, and Derecognition of Regional Internet Registries" was launched August 28th. To make your reading and analysis easier, we've prepared a redline/deltas/diffs document showing the precise textual changes that were made between version 1 of the RIR Governance Document (published on or about 14 April 2025) and version 2 of the document. It can be found here: https://www.nro.net/wp-content/uploads/RIR-Governance-Document-v2-deltas.pdf. Deleted text is displayed in red strikethrough formatting, and added text is displayed in blue underlined formatting. We also aim to publish a separate document shortly that summarizes and provides rationales for the major differences between the two versions.
