Dear colleagues, We made some small changes to the RIPE Programme Committee Charter (currently ripe-829): In section 3. Composition and Roles, we added the option to have a representative from the regional community in Central Asia (CAPIF) on the RIPE PC (similar to the representatives from MENOG and SEE). At the same time, we added "RIPE" in front of WG Chairs and we added links to CAPIF, SEE and MENOG (all in section3). Dear colleagues, As mentioned in our recent RIPE Chair report, we worked on a new version of the RIPE Working Group Chair Job Description and Procedures. This RIPE document was last updated in 2017. We clarified and further defined the responsibilities of WG chairs, including preparing for WG sessions, moderating mailing lists and setting up a process for selecting WG chairs.
