[ripe-list] Community Consensus on new RIPE Programme Committee Charter

Dear colleagues, We received no further comments for the updated RIPE Programme Committee Charter [1]. We received one suggestion that helps to clarity [2]. I am therefore declaring consensus on this document and will ask the RIPE NCC to publish it as a RIPE document.
