Heads up: NCC Funding Discussion

The latest proposal about the NCC funding model has just been posted on the local-ir@ripe.net mailing list. Those -especially service providers- who whould like to participate in the discussion about this should subscribe by sending mail to local-ir-request@ripe.net mentioning that they would like a copy of the funing proposal v 0.7.
