Dear All, below is the hostcount for June 2001. The table shows an increase since last month of over 940,000 (or 6,6%) to a total of over 15,200,000 hosts in the DNS in Europe and surrounding areas. The nl domain shows the highest increase for June with approximately 696,000 hosts more than in May. Background information and more statistics are available at http://www.ripe.net/hostcount/ - Brief Notes on this Hostcount - - A number of domains that have been excluded for a while because AXFR's were not possible, have been counted again: bf, bj, cf, dj, dz, gm, gq, im, ne, so and td - Due to another filesystem problem, a small percentage of the following domains didn't get counted: gr, hr, il, kg, ro, se and uk - After a rather long time, we managed to get new data for uk, although not complete due to the point mentioned above.
