Contributors Committee Minutes, Documents

Dear colleagues, since we are getting frequent questions about the contributors committee minutes as well as the 1996 Activities and Charging I will publish these three documents as RIPE documents to make them more easily accessible. The minutes include all comments we have received. The documents include all amendments according to the decisions by the committee.
