TERENA: CERT Co-ordination Center call for proposals

Dear TERENA General Assembly Members, In its meeting of 12 March 1996 the TERENA Executive Committee decided to publish a call for proposals for a 'CERT Co-ordination Centre (3C)' to solicit tenders for the operation of a European support unit for Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs). You will find the text of this call for proposals attached to this message. The text of the call will also be put on the TERENA Web server. Proposals are expected before 15 April 1996.
