My team has ported Isode FTAM to DOS for X.25 over ethernet based on the edinburgh rainbow software. It will also interoperate with dynamic address mapping by IS10030 (SNARE) to allow for easyer administration on a local ethernet. You can get the software if you like (i think). We don't do UK specific standards though, like JANET name resolution, but that shouldn't be so much of a problem.
