Could someone please advise me on *why* it is necessary or useful
to
create a "FIRST-Europe?" when there is a well-established FIRST?
There is no need for a FIRST-Europe. There should be only ONE FIRST. This was also the conclusion from the Hamburg meeting. Best regards, Alf H
