Creation of the GISS Working Group Mailing List.

The Generic Internet Service Specification Mailing List has been set up. I expect to send the basic `strawman' proposal for this out early next week as proposed at the Prague RIPE meeting. Apologies for not getting to this sooner. Would those who would like to be involved in this topic please subscribe to the mailing list. Please address all correspondence regarding list administration and mail problems associated with the list to <giss-wg-request@ripe.net>.
