Carl, You are absolutely right!! Nit picking is easy, but not nearly as easy as forgetting to say thanks for the work itself. All of us in various kinds of service organization *should* remember that, but I guess we each get trained in nit-picking by our "customers". :-( So, a big "Thankyou" for the new site.
