These minutes had so many acronyms in it that were unfamiliar to US members of the Internet community that Ole Jacobson of Connexions suggest I write an article about the European Internet scene....

So I'm asking people as good cyber-citezens to help out

Basically, a glossary (that would end up on a web site or two) is all thats needed for now

if someone knows of a searchable website that i can hit first without bothering you'all, let me know (and i do know about 50% of the thigns below, but I want to get them accurately describves by them that owns them!)
