It is my understanding from the previous EOF meeting at Schiphol that the reason for the 15 July meeting is to focus on technical issues. Specifically, to permit us react to the "post-June 30 shock". I have seen nothing on the agenda noting this directly (although it may be here indirectly, it should at least be a bit more apparent). I also understood that policy (non-technical) issues would not be discussed until later this year, probably at a meeting around September time. Most policy-oriented people will not be attending this meeting, so any discussion would have to be informal at most. The agenda seems to have quite a few policy issues, including at least, the charter. Since this was to be a technical meeting, I will not be there. Point #7, Ebone Charter, should not be discussed until the next meeting, as was earlier agreed. -Glenn _____________ current agenda draft follows _____________ Version 2.0 1.
