For those who don't read it - it pays to read the Viewpoint on page 6 of the Nov 1992 Data Communications by Peter Heywood. It is entitled 'The IXI Backbone: Europe's Dirty Little Secret'. Quite a tirade against the monopoly building CEC. A worthwhile read. Hank
