First DESIRE-II Web Cache Managers Workshop 25-26 Feb. 1999 Utrecht, The Netherlands The first DESIRE-II Web Cache Managers Workshop will be held in Utrecht on the 25th and 26th February, 1999. This is a training workshop aimed at existing web cache managers who are interested in learning more about the technology and related utilities.
