This particular box is sadly out of warranty, which means, in the worst case, that we will have to go through the motions of ordering a new one. RRC02 is currently offline due to hardware problems. We are working hard together with SFINX to bring it back online again.
There will be a time gap in RIS data collected by RRC02 due to the downtime. Other RIS services are not affected.
