Dear colleagues, Policy proposal 2025-02, "Revocation of Persistently Non-functional Delegated RPKI CAs", is now in the Review Phase. The RIPE NCC has prepared an impact analysis on this proposal to support the community’s discussion. At the end of the Review Phase, the Working Group (WG) Chairs will determine whether the WG has reached rough consensus. It is therefore important to provide your opinion, even if it is simply a restatement of your input from the previous phase. Dear Nicholas and All, Thank you, Nicholas, for sharing this information and your work. I think this is an interesting topic, which is discussed and studied in the IETF SAVNET WG. I would also like to take this opportunity to introduce our SAV emulation project, SAV Open Playground (SAVOP). SAVOP is an open platform designed to implement and evaluate various SAV mechanisms, including uRPFs, BAR-SAV, and other emerging approaches discussed in SAVNET. We presented it and corresponding results on top of it at multiple SAVNET WG meetings and IETF hackathons since IETF 116, and we open-sourced its codes, which is available at https://github.com/SAV-Open-Playground.
