I would also like to take this opportunity to introduce our SAV emulation project, SAV Open Playground (SAVOP). SAVOP is an open platform designed to implement and evaluate various SAV mechanisms, including uRPFs, BAR-SAV, and other emerging approaches discussed in SAVNET. We presented it and corresponding results on top of it at multiple SAVNET WG meetings and IETF hackathons since IETF 116, and we open-sourced its codes, which is available at https://github.com/SAV-Open-Playground. Dear Routing WG, The discussion phase for proposal 2025-02: "Revocation of Persistently Non-functional Delegated RPKI CAs" ended on 4 July. The proposers have agreed to advance it to the Review Phase. Seven people supported the proposal with some suggesting a more specific definition of the revocation date. However, there was general agreement to trust the RIPE NCC's implementation to address this concern.
