I found those manual pages. RtConfig work allright but tools like "roe" won't run. Roe, for instance, keeps conplaining about my Tcl8.0 being in the wrong place. Does anybody have a precompiled for version Solaris 2.6 that installs in a desired location. A location where Roe wants it to be that is, like /library. Which I find a bit of a funny place to put an application.
It is possible that whoever installed tcl in your system said it was installing it to /library and later moved it to /usr/local. Or someone did a binary install of tcl at /usr/local which was meant for /library. roe is dynamically linked, it will find tcl wherever it is as long as the versions match. The tcl initialization requires some tcl scripts located, which are in a directory known to the library. I think it thinks the scripts are in /library where as they are in /usr/local...
What's wrong with /usr/local?

There are manual pages. If you get your RAToolSet from ftp.isi.edu, you should have them in your system. For example:

Hello,
I'm trying to use you RAToolSet. Unfortunately I can't seem to be able to find a installation procedure anywhere. I got the lot un gzipped un Tarred, and established internet connectivity. When I start any executable in the opt/RAToolSet/bin, a process is being started, but nothing happens, not even an error message is displayed. Hope you can enlighten me. Thanks,
