AOB The charter discussion is pending Joao and I coming up with some text to discuss, if it doesn't happen the time is likely to be reallocated to the vaguely titled "IRR" session. This does not have a presenter as yet, but is a placeholder for some time to carry on the discussions started by George Michaelson in Dublin (who unfortunately can't join us in Athens) and which briefly resurfaced on the mailing list a few weeks ago.
