These now should be reachable to you, 192.87.108/22 was included in the reconfiguration of ANS' network done this morning. Also, many fewer packets should end up at Washington2.Dante.net since the default has been eliminated.
Thank you very much for the explanation. I'll sleep much better now (whenever I get to sleep tonight :-( ). Networks MUST be configured in the Merit/NSFnet PRDB before NSI will route to them. Thanks, Jeff
