How does ICM handle consecutive networks that it receives from its customers? --Elise

I would like Merit to start processing CIDR NACRs on priority basis and with less formalities. Also, it won't be a bad idea to *stop* processing NACRs for blocks of consequtive networks and tell people to do aggregation instead.
