Dear colleagues, We have temporarily blocked access to the LIR Portal so we can fix an issue with our document management system. This is related to the outage with our ticketing system yesterday, which was caused by a configuration error involving the integration of our document management system with the LIR Portal. The maintenance we are now performing aims to resolve this issue. Some requests could take longer to be processed until the issue is fully resolved. Dear RIPE NCC members, The RIPE NCC Executive Board held its 138th Meeting via teleconference on 8 September 2020. The following is a summary of the main items from the meeting. Further details are available in the minutes. - The Board approved amendments to the procedural document “Due Diligence for the Quality of RIPE NCC Registration Data”: https://www.ripe.net/publications/docs/ripe-748 - The Board approved the publication of the Draft Agenda for the RIPE NCC General Meeting in October 2020. - The Board approved the publication of the Draft RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget 2021 with the proposed amendments of adding a section on sanctions and FTEs per activity: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/october-2020/draft-ri… - The Board adopted the recommendations of the RIPE NCC Executive Board Election Task Force and instructed the Managing Director to implement the recommendations that are not subject to an amendment of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association. The Board also approved proposed amendments to the RIPE NCC Articles of Association and instructed the Managing Director to prepare a relevant resolution(s) for the adoption of the proposed amendment by the next General Meeting. - The Board instructed the RIPE NCC to publish the report of the Executive Board Election Task Force for the membership: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/ripe-ncc-executive-board-elect… - The Board decided to increase the number of the Executive Board members that acting jointly have the authority to represent the Association from two to four. We are also exploring the cause of the failure. Access to the 'Tickets' section in the LIR Portal has been temporarily blocked while we work on the issue. If you submitted a ticket from 11:30 UTC onwards today and received an email notification with a ticket number, you do not need to take further action and we will reply to you as soon as possible. If you did not receive an email notification, you will need to resubmit your ticket once our services are restored.
