Dear RIPE NCC members, The General Meeting takes place tomorrow, Wednesday, 28 October 2026 at 16:00 (UTC+2). Members can join the meeting: In person at the hotel Remotely via Meetecho By following a livestream REGISTER You will need to register by 14:00 (UTC+2) tomorrow, Wednesday, 28 October to attend in person, join remotely and/or vote at the General Meeting. ONLINE MEETING LINK On Wednesday, everyone registered will receive an email with a link to the Meetecho platform to join the meeting remotely and a link to the livestream. ONSITE ATTENDEES - COLLECT STICKER If you are onsite at RIPE 93, collect your General Meeting sticker from the GM Help Desk, which is at the Registration Desk. Without a sticker, you will NOT be able to enter the Main Room for the General Meeting. Onsite attendees can attend the meeting in the Main Room from 16:00 (UTC+2) on Wednesday. VOTING All voting is done electronically through the voting platform Assembly Voting. Assembly Voting will send registered and eligible voters two emails on Wednesday at approximately 15:30 (UTC+2). One email will include a link to the platform pre-filled with Voting Code 1 and the other will include Voting Code 2, which you need to log in to vote.
