[atlas] Request for RIPE Atlas credits for latency research

Hello, I am running a small non-commercial latency study comparing OVHcloud AS16276 and Hetzner AS24940 connectivity to the public Bitfinex endpoint api-pub.bitfinex.com. I would like to run a 24-hour RIPE Atlas ping and traceroute measurement from a small set of probes in OVH LIM1 and Hetzner NBG1. My RIPE Atlas account currently has 0 credits. A small credit donation would be greatly appreciated. Around 10,000 credits would already be more than sufficient for this study. Thank you, Ernst
