ASPA AS0 Records for unallocated ASNs

Hi WG, AFAIK there is an existing policy/process that the RIPE NCC will create ROA AS0 records for prefixes not currently allocated to any LIR. This prevents unused IP space from being originated into the DFZ. Is there a similar policy or process that ensures RIPE will create ASPA AS0 records for ASNs not currently allocated (again, to ensure they aren't used)? If I look at an example ASN allocated to RIPE by IANA, but not currently allocated by RIPE to any LIR (AS219350), there is no ASPA AS0 record for this ASN. If no such policy or process exists, what is the correct path to establish such a policy/process? Hi RIPE Routing-WG, Does anyone know of an easy way to determine *when* a particular ASN was first added to a specific AS-SET in RADB? More specifically, I am looking for a historical source (besides downloading the entire list of snapshots from ftp.radb.net and comparing) or tool that would allow me to identify the earliest date on which a given ASN appeared as a member of an AS-SET. Hello Routing WG, We have a clean, legacy ARIN /21 IPv4 block that has been completely cleared of traffic, carries no blacklists, and is fully eligible for an Inter-RIR transfer to the RIPE region. As this infrastructure asset is no longer required for our active operational layouts, we are looking to coordinate a direct registry-to-registry transfer. RTBH Support Across the Industry

Dear Community, We see that RTBH is not as effective as it could be, for various reason, just a few include: • Not all networks support RTBH. • Networks that do support RTBH implement it differently to each other. • There is no one place where one can easily find the info for how to use RTBH with a given network. • Operators have different ideas about how / when / where / why someone should / shouldn’t use RTBH. To this end, we have created the first of two surveys. This first one is quantitative and captures how networks have implemented RTBH and provides (1) a public repository which anyone can use to look-up the RTBH details for their peers/upstreams, and (2) an insight into the (mis-)alignment of RTBH implantations across the industry.
